People tend to collect good things, positive opinions about themselves and they’re trying to hide things they don’t want to see. The image of oneself must be perfect and flawless. Then there appear desires that are supposed to fill all the gaps of the ego, with what we identify ourselves with. This is how the endless game of mind comes into being that wants to keep our identity alive. The mind searches for security, repetitive patterns and logic. It tries to control, manage, predict and protect what it has gained as an advantage over others who may threaten its existence. Any other views, changes, innovations, revolutions are a threat. If the threat is too great there is aggression and fight to destroy the view, the opponent who threatens the illusion of ego. It’s a power game. All the fear that we as humans experience is the loss of this illusion. This is not true. It is only in the mind. Nothing threatens us. People are not afraid of death, they are afraid of losing their identity, the image of themselves they have created in their heads, and they still believe that it is “they”.
Many people have heard of this concept, but I know few who have really experienced it and feel it, are living standards of it.There is a tendency to abandon one identification and assume another. Someone was a businessman, said one day he wanted change and became a “spiritual” person. It’s still the same game. Being truly free means letting go all our identities, those we like and those we don’t like. We do not need to destroy it, we do not need to fight it, fix it, we just need not take it seriously. And that’s it. It’s not about being a perfect human, it’s not about finding the one truth that’s right. It’s about changing self-perception. We don’t need anyone or anything from the outside. It’s just a change of perspective. You can say it now, yes, I know it, I’ve heard it before. But 99% of those who already know it have put the concept in a box and hide it deep in a drawer. They labeled it and signed it. But it’s not about knowing and understanding, it’s about feeling and experiencing. Can you imagine the feeling that you’re just fine? And you don’t have to correct anything anymore? What a release.
